A subscription term is annual. You pay once when you start and you’re entitled to use all the features within your chosen SketchUp subscription for one full year. At the end of your 1 year term all e-commerce subscription purchases will automatically renew for an equal term at the then-current price.

We aim to process and deliver new subscriptions within one full business day. Most customers receive their confirmation emails within a few hours of payment. If you haven’t heard from us after two business days, please get in touch so we can check the status of your order.

Each SketchUp Pro subscription is for a single “named user.” You can authorise the software on up to two devices (for example, a desktop and a laptop) plus one iPad simultaneously. However, only one instance of the software can be active at any given time.

Yes. If you upgrade your hardware or change offices, you can deauthorise your subscription from your old device through your account portal and then sign in on your new machine.

Subscriptions are paid annually in advance. If you decide not to continue, you can disable the automatic renewal in your account settings. You will still have full access to SketchUp Pro until the end of your current 12-month term. Please note that refunds are only available within the first 14 days of purchase.

Absolutely. You can mix and match your authorisations between PCs and Macs. As long as you are signed in with your Trimble ID, you can work on the operating system that suits your workflow best.

When you purchase locally, you pay in local currency with no hidden international transaction fees. Most importantly, you gain access to local technical support and industry expertise right here in our timezone, ensuring you aren’t left waiting for the northern hemisphere to wake up when you need help with your modelling.

SketchUp Pro is a complete professional toolkit. It includes the desktop modeller, LayOut for 2D documentation, PreDesign for site analysis, and access to the Extension Warehouse where you can customise your workflow with thousands of specialised tools. You also get unlimited cloud storage via Trimble Connect to keep your projects organised.

Your project files (.skp) belong to you and are stored locally on your machine or in the cloud. If your subscription ends, you won’t be able to use the Pro desktop features, but you can still view your files using the free version of SketchUp for Web or the mobile viewer.
